Return Process
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To start the return process send us 2-3 pics of item for evidence & let us know the reason of the return through email & we will get you your return label via email as soon as possible.
The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a TheFashionFever gift card. If item doesn't get delivered or item received damaged, defective, or incorrect we would get you full amount of refund. Store credit are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
